Shipping Policy

At Chemical Co, we are committed to delivering your order quickly, securely and efficiently. We partner with trusted Australian freight providers to ensure your products arrive safely and in excellent condition.

Please read the following information regarding our shipping process.

Order Processing

All orders are processed and dispatched from our Australian warehouse within 1–3 business days.

Orders placed after business hours, on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please note: Selecting Express Post speeds up the delivery service after your order has been dispatched. It does not guarantee same-day or next-business-day dispatch from our warehouse.

Shipping Methods

Chemical Co ships Australia-wide using Australia Post.

Available shipping options are determined by the size, weight and destination of your order and will be displayed during checkout.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated according to your delivery address and the size and weight of your order.

Standard Shipping

New South Wales, Queensland & Victoria – Flat Rate $15.00
Australian Capital Territory, South Australia & Western Australia – Flat Rate $22.00
Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $170.00

Express Post

Express Post is available to most Australian delivery addresses.

Express shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your order's size, weight and destination. The applicable Express Post charge will be displayed before payment is completed.

Estimated Delivery Timeframes

The following delivery estimates apply after your order has been dispatched.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are provided by Australia Post. Actual delivery times may vary due to weather events, public holidays, regional locations, peak shipping periods or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your Australia Post tracking number, allowing you to monitor your parcel from dispatch through to delivery.

Deliveries are made during normal business hours, Monday to Friday.

Delivery Delays

While every effort is made to dispatch orders within our standard processing timeframe, delays may occur during periods of exceptionally high demand, including but not limited to:

Easter
Mother's Day
Father's Day
Black Friday
Christmas
Store-wide promotional campaigns

During these periods, dispatch may be extended by an additional 3–5 business days.

We appreciate your patience and understanding while our team works to process every order as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure all delivery details are correct before completing your order.

Chemical Co cannot accept responsibility for delays, failed deliveries or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided at checkout.

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately. Where possible, we will update your delivery details prior to dispatch.

Authority to Leave

If you authorise your parcel to be left without a signature (Authority to Leave), responsibility for the parcel transfers upon delivery.

Chemical Co is not liable for parcels that are lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has been completed in accordance with the Authority to Leave instructions.

Where no Authority to Leave has been provided and no one is available to accept delivery, Australia Post may leave a collection card or redirect your parcel to your nearest Post Office.
